When you sign up for a class or mastermind, we create a member portal account for you at the same time, using the name, email address, and phone number you gave us. This is how class materials, session links, and replays are delivered to you, and it means you do not have to fill in the same details twice.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, The One Percent Nation may send SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on your enrollment and activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and END also work) to any message; reply HELP or INFO for help. You may opt back in by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP. We honor opt-out requests and will not send further marketing texts to a number that has opted out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We maintain records of consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, to remember preferences, and to measure usage through Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the consent banner shown on our site. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where retention is legally required.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, database security rules, encrypted transport (HTTPS), session timeouts, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
