  • Process payments and manage subscriptions;

  • Send marketing or promotional communications where you have consented, and let you opt out at any time;
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • Monitor, secure, and improve the Services and prevent fraud/abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

  • With service providers that process data on our behalf under contract, including Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), and Google Analytics (usage measurement);
  • Within your organization, if you join through a company/team account, with the admins of that account;
  • For legal reasons, to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security;
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

Depending on your state, some analytics or advertising cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out — see Section 6.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) & Consent

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we (or an account admin managing their contacts) may send SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. We honor STOP requests and will not send further marketing texts to a number that has opted out. We maintain records of consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, to remember preferences, and to measure usage through Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the consent banner shown on our site. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, and Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Delete your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Port a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale/sharing of personal information, and certain profiling;

How to exercise your rights:

  • Self-service: Signed-in members can download a copy of their data or permanently delete their account from the Profile page (“Privacy & your data” section).

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will take steps to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where retention is legally required.
