Who this is for

BUILT FOR PEOPLE READY TO COACH.

Three kinds of people come through this program. All three finish with the same credential and the same standards behind it.

01 · The career shift

Successful on paper, misaligned in practice

You have built something real and it does not fit who you are anymore. You have been the person friends call when they are stuck, and you want to do that work on purpose, with a method behind it.

02 · The new coach

You want a system and a client base

You know you can coach. What you do not have is a repeatable structure, a program to sell, or a way to get the first paying clients. This gives you all three.

03 · The fast track

Existing coaches and professional leaders

A 12-week fast track compresses the cadence for people already coaching or already leading. Same requirements, same standards, same price. No discount, no shortcut through the work.

The framework

A.L.I.G.N.

Five movements your client travels, in order. You learn to coach each one, and you leave licensed to deliver the whole arc commercially.

A
Awareness

Seeing the belief clearly

L

I

Rewriting who you believe you are

Choosing expansion over comfort

N

Executing the path forward

The 16 weeks

FOUR TO FIVE HOURS A WEEK.

Twelve weeks of instruction and live coaching, then four weeks of practicum where the credential is actually earned. Plan on four to five hours per week across live calls, module work, and real coaching practice.

WEEKS 1 TO 12

Eight modules, one live call every week

  • Eight modules mapped to the A.L.I.G.N. framework
  • A live weekly coaching call on a fixed day and time
  • A practice assignment after every module that produces logged coaching hours
  • Every call recorded, so a missed week is not a lost week
WEEKS 13 TO 16

Practicum, exam, review, certification

  • Practicum: finish your 25 logged practice coaching hours
  • Written certification exam
  • One recorded coaching session reviewed against the published rubric
  • Certification issued, with your first-year license active

How certification works

FOUR THINGS YOU HAVE TO DO.

The difference between a certification and a course is what it asks of you. These four requirements are locked before the first cohort starts and they do not move.

  • Complete all eight modules. Attendance alone does not carry you through.
  • Pass the written exam at 80 percent. Three attempts, drawn from a tagged question bank.
  • Submit one recorded coaching session reviewed against a published rubric. You see the rubric in module 8, so nothing about the review is a surprise.
  • Log 25 approved practice coaching hours. Real sessions with real people, logged in the portal and approved.
What you earn

THREE THINGS YOU WALK OUT WITH.

The credential

1P Certified Life Coach

A proprietary certification in the A.L.I.G.N. framework, earned once, with your track designation on the certificate.

The license

First-year A.L.I.G.N. Practitioner License

The right to deliver the A.L.I.G.N. framework commercially under The One Percent name. Year one is included in your tuition and renews annually.

The business

A client-ready six-week program

The A.L.I.G.N. client program session by session, the client workbook, and the Alignment Assessment. You finish with something to sell, not just something to say.

What you get

EVERYTHING INCLUDED.

ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWAL · $597

Your credential is earned once. The A.L.I.G.N. Practitioner License renews every year at $597. What it requires: logged coaching hours plus continuing education credits, both tracked in the portal. What it gives: your listing in the public 1P coach directory and the continued right to deliver A.L.I.G.N. commercially, including the client program, workbook, and assessment. Year one is included in tuition.

Plain words

WHAT THIS IS, AND WHAT IT IS NOT.

WHAT IT IS

  • A proprietary certification in the A.L.I.G.N. framework. Built by The One Percent Nation, earned through modules, an exam, a reviewed session, and 25 logged hours.
  • An annual license to deliver that framework commercially, with client-facing products you are licensed to use with paying clients.
  • A system and a client base, for coaches who want both.

WHAT IT IS NOT

  • Not a state license. Life coaching is unregulated in all 50 states. No state issues a life coach license. The credential is a certification. The license is the right to use the framework.
  • Not ICF accredited. We do not imply otherwise anywhere, on this page or on the certificate.
  • Not a weekend certificate. You cannot finish without coaching real people.
When people ask about ICF, here is the answer we give and the answer you can give: this is a proprietary framework certification built for coaches who want a system and a client base, not a credential for corporate procurement.
Questions

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Four to five hours per week for 16 weeks. That covers the live call, the module work, and the coaching practice that builds your 25 logged hours. The practice hours are the part people underestimate, so plan for them from week one.
No. The program starts at the foundations: what coaching is, what it is not, and the non-advising stance. What you do need is a willingness to coach real people during the program, because your practice hours are part of certification.
A compressed cadence for existing coaches and professional leaders. The requirements are identical: all eight modules, the exam at 80 percent, the reviewed recorded session, and 25 logged hours. The price is identical too. Nothing is removed, the schedule is tighter.
A real coaching session with a real person who is not you, using the A.L.I.G.N. structure. Paid or unpaid both count. You log the date, the client initials, and the duration in the portal, and the hours are approved before they count toward the 25. Watching a call, reading a module, or role-playing with yourself does not count.
You get the scored rubric back with written notes on each of the four criteria, and you submit a new recording. A returned session is a normal part of the process, not a failure. The rubric is published in module 8, so you know exactly what is being scored before you record.
A plan is a fixed number of monthly payments: six at $697, or ten at $397. It stops on its own after the final payment. If an installment fails, your purchase is marked past due. You keep access to the course, but certification cannot be issued while the balance is past due. Update your card and the plan continues. Plans cannot be combined with a promo code.
