These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, member portal, courses, community, and related services (the “Services”) provided by The One Percent Nation (Anthony Brown, sole proprietor; “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
Paid courses and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and any renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All sales are final: we do not offer refunds on courses, coaching programs, or subscriptions once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Adding your name to a class or mastermind interest list is not a purchase and does not reserve a seat. It tells us you want to hear when the class is scheduled. A seat is only held once you enroll and payment is complete, or a valid access code is applied.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (posts, comments, notes, uploads). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
By providing your email address or mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications related to your account, courses, coaching, and community participation from The One Percent Nation.
SMS/text messages: message frequency varies based on your enrollment and activity (for example, course notifications and coaching session reminders). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END to any message; reply HELP or INFO for assistance. You may opt back in by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in those emails. Transactional messages necessary to operate your account (such as receipts, security notices, and password resets) may still be sent regardless of marketing opt-out status. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your communications data.
The Services, including course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results from any course, program, or coaching content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The One Percent Nation and its agents and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
